We are a partnership constituted under the laws of the Island of Guernsey. We use the names ‘AO Hall Legal Specialists’ and ‘AO Hall Advocates’ to refer to the law firm. We also use the name ‘AO Hall’ to refer to associated entities which carry on under a title which incorporates the name 'AO Hall’ or a derivation of it.

 

Reference to 'AO Hall’ is therefore to AO Hall the legal partnership and/or to one or more of those affiliated entities, as the context requires. Reference to a ‘Partner’ is to a partner in the law firm of AO Hall. Reference to a ‘Group Partner’ is to a senior employee, director or consultant who is employed within the AO Hall group of entities, but who is not a Guernsey Advocate.
