Population Management Proposals - At a Glance

On 8 December 2011, the Policy Council published Billet D’Etat No.I of 2012 (“the Billet”). The Billet sets out guiding principles for the development of a new population management regime aimed at influencing the size of Guernsey’s population over the medium to long term.
