More About Louise Hall
Louise is a founding partner of AO Hall. She advises on all aspects of contentious and non-contentious employment matters including terms and conditions, dismissals, disciplinary issues, restructurings and housing licence applications. She also advises clients on strategic decision-making with human resource implications.
Louise has been ranked First Tier by Legal 500 and Band 1 by Chambers Europe.
Louise is a regular speaker on employment law issues. She also works closely with the GTA University Centre and her institutional client base to deliver innovative training in her specialist area.
In 2005, Louise was instrumental in establishing the Guernsey Employment Bar Association. She is the Employment Lawyers Association representative in Guernsey.
