More About Jon Barclay
Jon is a partner in the dispute resolution team. He has a particular interest in fraud and asset tracing claims, regulatory and compliance issues, trusts litigation, corporate disputes and insolvency.
He has considerable experience in general commercial litigation and delivers practical advice across the full range of contentious offshore work. In particular, he has advised and represented clients in a number of fraud and asset tracing claims, including high-profile and 'under-the-radar' inquiries.
Prior to returning to Guernsey in 2005, he practised for several years as a barrister in England, where he gained considerable advocacy experience over a broad spectrum of common law, commercial and chancery matters. He is a regular speaker at Guernsey trust and company law events and at international fraud and asset tracing conferences.
