More About Jessica Williams

Jessica specialises in commercial litigation with a particular focus on fraud and asset tracing, trust litigation and regulatory and compliance issues.  She began her career as a commercial and civil litigator in New Zealand where she appeared regularly in disputes before the District and High Courts. Prior to moving to Guernsey, Jessica worked at the Office of Fair Trading in London where she was able to pursue her general interest in competition law issues.
