The next GTA/AO Hall lunchtime seminar will be held on 25 July 2012 entitled Corporate and Funds Law Update” – This session will provide updates on a wide range of recent and proposed changes to Guernsey corporate and funds law and regulation.  Topics will include (amongst others):
 
-       Proposed changes to the CIS (Class B) Rules;
-       Proposed Limited Liability Partnerships Law;
-       Companies Law update; and
-       Finance Sector Code of Corporate Governance.
