We are delighted to announce the addition of New Zealand qualified solicitor to our dispute resolution team, Jessica Williams.  Jessica is highly experienced in all types of court work, but has a particular focus on fraud and asset-tracing, regulatory, trusts and commercial litigation.  Partner Jon Barclay notes that: 'the addition of Jessica to our dispute resolution department  further strengthens and adds depth to our team.  We are delighted to have such a high calibre individual join AO Hall.'

Elaine Gray has been appointed as a GlobalScot, to act as an ambassador for Scottish businesses.  GlobalScot is an organisation set up by Scottish Enterprise.  The appointment recognises Elaine's entrepeneurial spirit, and offers her the chance to give help and support to Scottish businesses interested in establishing a Guernsey presence.  Elaine commented: 'this is a great honour and a wonderful opportunity to strengthen links between Guernsey and Scotland.'.  For more information on GlobalScot click here.
