AO Active Corporate Services Limited is a joint venture entity between AO Hall and Active Group, the specialist offshore financial services provider. AO Active offers corporate and fiduciary administration support to clients of AO Hall's corporate team. AO Active is licensed by the Guernsey Financial Services Commission.
Services
AO Active's services include:
- Guernsey company formation
- Guernsey company administration services including registered office, company secretary, director and book-keeping functions
- Trustee services for special purpose trusts and other corporate trust structures
AO Active does not provide fund administration services. However, through AO Hall’s extensive client networks and local relationships, we are ideally placed to offer introductions to local entities providing these services.
